Chinese New Year is a festive holiday that includes a long history behind it. Enriched with traditional cultural traditions, such as fire crackers to ward off evil spirits, Lion, and Dragon dances to bring prosperity into the new year.
Though the Tiger is not traditionally used during the festivities, a company called Tiger Beer based out in Singapore has recently uploaded a video showing what happens when you combine Old traditions with New. It’s a great concept, but might be offensive to the older generation that’s more use to the conformal traditional way of celebrating.
Watch as Tiger Beer shuffles their way into the New Year. It could just be the award winning Tiger Beer that has them so riled up, or Charlie Sheen’s favorite drink, Tiger Blood.
