In support for his Vietnamese brother Cung Le, Nam Phan lets it all hang loose. Let’s not forget about Nam’s last win in UFC 136.
After themassive UFC buyout of Strikeforce, the prize winning fighter, Cung Le, is set to fight his first ever match innew UFC Company. Cung Le is born Vietnamese American and was raised in Milpitas, California. He lives next to the capital of MMA in San Jose, Ca. This UFC 139 fight brings Cung Le to take on new challengers that await him in the merger.
Cung Le’s first match in the UFC was supposed to be against Victor Belfort, the former champion, but has now changed to Wanderlei Silva due to injury. The owner of UFC, Dana White, is a genius and changed out the fighter to put in another fighter with a similar fighting style. Dana announced this on his twitter months before the Massive event. The anticipation of this electrifying fighter is now becoming a reality as soon as he finally steps into the new octagon. Cung Le brings his sanshou style of kickboxing vs Wanderlei Silva’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mui Thai. The two fighters will be going toe to toe on one massive night in San Jose Ca. for UFC 139 on Nov 19th, 2011. Check out the seating prices shown below.

UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez was originally expected to have his first title defense against Junior dos Santos at this event. However, on September 2nd, 2011, the UFC announced that fight would be moved to the inaugural UFC on Fox event.
Vitor Belfort was briefly linked to a matchup with Cung Le at this event.However, Belfort was removed from the bout and replaced by Wanderlei Silva.
Dana White announced that the winner of the main event between Rua and Henderson will likely be in line for a Light Heavyweight title shot after Rashad Evans.
