Brooklyn Nets player Jeremy Lin hit some bad luck early in the NBA season back in October of 2017 that resulted in a season ending injury that ruptured his patella tendon in his right knee.
We are now about half way through the NBA season. Lin is currently still going through his rehab process and is continuing to update his fans.
In a recent Instagram post, Lin is seen driving with his dad while giving you a boost of some morning motivation that we all need.
“Be comfortable being uncomfortable.”
Lin mentions that his head coach Kenny Atkinson told him the quote, “Be comfortable being uncomfortable.”
And what that really means is, you know to work on my weaknesses. Push myself out of my comfort zone.
To be willing to go above and beyond. And that’s really the only way that I can get stronger. The only way I can get better.
